Dear experts,
Do lotus notes 8.5.2 support windows 7 64 bit?
One of my user (unfortunately my director) have a constant crash on his lotus notes client.
and again, unfortunately, he is the only one in this company who using windows 7 64 bit.
This problem already happen for months now. He started since he using 8.5.1 than (because of crashing) I upgrade it to 8.5.1 FP3, than I upgraded it again to 8.5.2 but the problem still exist.
Most of the time, the crash is happen when he scroll up/down the messages to search for email, than it crash.
